Exam Requirements:

Associate Professional in Human Resources - International™ (aPHRi™) certification 

  • Just need to have successfully completed high school education.


Professional in Human Resources - International™ (PHRi™) certification 

  • A minimum of 1 year of professional-level experience in an HR position with a Master's degree or global equivalent, OR
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional-level experience in an HR position with a Bachelor's degree or global equivalent, OR
  • A minimum of 4 years of professional-level experience in an HR position with a high school diploma or global equivalent.

Professional in Human Resources - International™ (PHRi™) certification

Exam Time: 1 hour and 45 minutes (plus 30 minutes administration time)

Exam Length: 65 scored questions + 25 pretest questions


Professional in Human Resources - International™ (PHRi™) certification 

Exam time: 2 hours and 45 minutes.

Exam length: 90 scored questions (mostly multiple-choice) + 25 pretest questions

Professional in Human Resources - International™ (PHRi™) certification

Please note that these fees will be paid directly to HR Certification Institute by the participant after completion of the training. Vivid Training Institute doesn't collect the above fees. Vivid Training Institute only provides training to enable participants to do certification exam and only charges for the training services being provided. Just a reminder, once an exam application is approved, no refunds will be made whether a candidate withdraws or no longer wishes to take the exam.
